Trivial Pursuit Magic of Disney Family Edition Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We thought this was all about Disney but we soon learned that it had basically only one category that focused on Disney. All other categories are just like the regular Trivia Pursuit. We love Trivia Pursuit but we were a bit disappointed as we thought all categories would be somewhat related to something Disney.

Trivial Pursuit Silver Anniversary Coffee Table Edition Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I liked this game very much. We had played the genius edition and couldn't answer one of the questions. This game had modern questions talking about Venus Williams, Tiger woods, modern movies including kids' movies. Were all the questions easy, no. There were plenty I didn't know the answer to. There are easy, medium and difficult. We stuck with the easy ones to get some right:). It also has some cool features the other trivial pursuit didn't. There is a separate piece from the wheel that you move any time you get a question right. The directions are easy to understand. Have fun, we did:)!

Buzztime Trivia Special Edition 4 Player Set Home Trivia Game System with 4 Controllers & Cartridge Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)First of all, Kim, that's not a product review, that review belongs on the seller's page, he ripped you off not Cadaco. The game doesn't deserve a 1 star rating. There's an insane amount of trivia content packed into Buzztime that I never felt I got the same question twice. I reccommend this product!

Trivial Pursuit Millennium Edition Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My family and friends have been playing this game for years. It seems to be better for generational gaps than the original game. THere are of course the obscure questions that most of games contain, but for the most part we usually seem to get a lot of correct answers. You can depend on the clues to help you because they offer some sort of logic.

(More customer reviews)Relive your childhood days with the 1960s edition of Trivial Pursuit.
Test your knowledge in categories including: Personalities, Entertainment, Headlines, Music, Sports & Leisure, and Wild Card.
I certainly got to test my knowledge of the 1960s during a best of five series of Trivial Pursuit games with mom. I gave some pretty good guesses to some of the questions.

TRIVIAL PURSUIT SINGLES - ENTERTAINMENT Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This trivia set is very fun and has great, up-to-date questions. The only reason I didn't give it more stars is that there are only a small handful of trivia cards, and you start to repeat questions fast. If you don't play games that often, or need a travel game, it would be perfect, but if you play often, you may want to look for a game with more cards.

Trivial Pursuit Disney Edition Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I agree with the other reviewers that this game is a lot of fun but there is only one small box of cards (1/2 adult and 1/2 child questions). My daughter and I played 2 games and had already gone through the cards. Even though we didn't get the same questions most of the time it was still disappointing. I called Hasbro and they have no plans of making additional cards for this game, which is really too bad. Does anyone else remember when Trivial Pursuit had 2 huge boxes of questions and the other question boxes that you could purchase?
Aaaaah memories!

Trivial Pursuit Pop Culture DVD Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My firends and I are EXTREMELY disappointed with this game. The DVD is basically useless. If Hasbro would have been willing to pay some royalties they could have used actual movie and video clips which would have made this game fun. Instead they use horrible graphics with still photos or Scrabble type words to get you to guess the answer. Meanwhile they flash the answer too quickly for any kind of team play and you cannot pause the DVD at all.
If you still want to buy this, I will sell you mine since I will not be using it again.

Trivial Pursuit Genus 5 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I am a trivia buff and a Trivial Pursuit addict so I was very excited to see this new edition. This game is still a lot of fun to play with friends but there is a lot missing from the Genus V game. The questions have indeed been updated, which is a good thing, but are either poorly worded and almost impossible to answer or they are REALLY easy. I love trivia and I really enjoy playing this game but it's definitely not the challenge I remember it being. Anyone who is up on current events and pop culture will do really well, anyone who is looking for a serious trivia challenge should maybe stick to Jeopardy.

Trivial Pursuit Saturday Night Live Edition Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The game is good, as far as trivia pursuit games go. I mean, it's of course a trivia pursuit game centered around Saturday Night Live. We found it somewhat difficult, but then, while us players watch Saturday Night Live, none of us live and die by it.
The thing that we all found most disappointing was the DVD. Given that the game is centered around a TV show, and it comes with a DVD that you use to play the game, we all had VERY high expectations to be watching a lot of little scenes from the show, and to have to answer questions based on that. Or at the very least, little scenes showing parts of the skit once we GOT the answer. Boy were we mistaken. The DVD, although it does contain a few portions of skits, and a few sound bites here and there, is LARGELY just the questions being shown on TV, instead of being on a card. VERY disappointing there.

Trivial Pursuit - Greatest Hits (80's, 90's & Pop Culture) Trivia Board Game Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I got this game around 2007 or so. There are TWO dice you roll on your turn. One die determines how many spaces you move, the other one determines which edition your question will come from (80s, 90s or Pop Culture). The box and a sheet inside list the editions and categories with their colors. This is a personal thing, but I don't like the fact that they replaced brown with purple. It looks too much like pink. If you were in tune with TV, music and movies from the past 30 years, you'll like this edition. If you're looking for Geography, History and Science, you're going to be disappointed. The only hope for those coming up is in the News and Headlines categories, and they don't come up too often.
I would say this version is slightly harder than most of the editions recently released. Reading "People" magazine and watching "Inside Edition" will help you out here more than memorizing the Perodic Table of Elements. If you're a Science and History fan, pick up the Millennium and 20th Century editions of TP to satisfy your trivia sweet tooth.
