Barbie Balance Beam Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)It seems fun - 6 flowers that light up... 4 different games... an active toy... but it didn't work. Imagine my 5 year old daughter's frustration when Barbie tells her to hit the blue flower, she does, and Barbie says "no, try again. Hit blue." Yes, honey, you are hitting blue... Barbie is a moron.
The concept is great - hit the colors Barbie tells you to, or make music, or play a "twister" type game, etc. - I think she would have played with this all the time had it worked.
Anyway, Amazon was great about taking it back and refunding my money, but now it is unavailable which makes me think I'm not the only one to find it defective? If it worked, I think it'd be a cool toy... but I think they need to work the bugs out before they try again. My rating was based on if it had worked - hoping that maybe I was just unlucky and they aren't all badly programmed! :)

Bratz X-Treme Skate Boarding RC ßCloe 27 MHZ Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I got this doll and it's the most expensive doll ever! That price label of twenty-nine ninety nine is just..well..WOAH! But at last I have it now, and it was so worth it! Usually MGA "big up" the Bratz dolls 4 all they're worth, with over-advertising and all that, but I feel this doll has been UNDER-advertised! O_O (That was a surprised face!) And that's really saying something!
I thought (cos of the box) that Cloe just did wheelies and 360 degree turns, but no...not just that, she can be a normal RC doll too! You can ride her forward, backwards, left and right with the cool silver joysticks. It takes triple A (AAA) batteries, and luckily we had tons of those so we were ready to start!
The skateboard is really cool and has awesome decor. The back of the box is actually a sticker sheet for you to plaster your Bratz playsets in Bratz RC X-Treme Skatboarding stickers! I've never really been into skateboarding, even though my brother has one. I only sit down on it and push myself along!!! but i still love this Cloe!!! And she has protective gear on, too! There is a pink helmet (which doesn't really fit her, but oh well!) and grey knee and elbow pads like mine!
She is one incredibly stylish skateboarder too! She has a pink miniskirt that only just covers her behind! But that is not trashy, it is the latest fashion, and she has black pantyhose and pink & black leggings (cool!). She also has the funkiest pink & black trainers ever and a top with shooting stars on, with cool capped sleeves.
She looks utterly amazing in her skateboarding outfit. I mean REALLY amazing! the pink ramp i thought could be removed can't actually be used. it is just packaging. For a second i thought there were no instructions, so if you have the same problem as me, look at the very bottom of the box, the pointy bits, then you find them! you NEED the instructions to find out how to work Cloe!
Cloe's nickname is Angel, and i can see why! Her long blonde hair is down to her knees and shiny in this collection, and is a complex & beautiful style that i'm not ever going to take out! her hot pink lipstick is really fashionable and her violet eyes are so "in"! She has black mascara, really thickly put on, and she looks gorge!
Buy her asap before she gets all sold out! a truly gorgeous doll! 100% recommended! Thank you for reading! Hope this helps! Have a nice day!!!

Cranium Jam Pack Jam Game Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this toy as a gift for my 4 year old for him and his 6 year old brother to play. Well, the entire family got in on the action and it was lots of fun. The car is durable, but make sure you keep the enclosed bag for the cards and the items to pack or else.... Not a superior learning game but it does require some concentration and fine motor skills to pack all of the items in the trunk before time runs out. Overall, I would recommend this toy! It got lots of laughs on a rainy day.

Jam Pack Jam from the award-winning Cranium offers hours of explosive fun! Recommended for kids ages six and up, this high-energy game is a race against the clock as players attempt to pack the trunk of a toy car before it pops open. How to Play An interesting twist on high-intensity children's games, Jam Pack Jam is a cross between a 3-D puzzle and a beat-the-clock board game. It only takes two people to play -- but more can join in the fun. Unlike many games that aim at specific skill sets, this Cranium game creates positive excitement for all kids. The object of the game is simple -- to fit as many fun items as possible, of all shapes and sizes, into the trunk before time runs out. On each turn, players say the number of objects they think they can precariously pack. When time's up, the trunk shoots everything out the doors -- filling the room with laughter.Everything -- Even the Kitchen Sink With 14 hilarious objects you'd find in a cartoon, Jam Pack Jam includes a birthday cake, a cactus, a skateboard, even a kitchen sink. Made with durable plastic, the car and the trunk items are child-safe and can stand up to long hours of play -- and all the explosions! The game also comes with 35 cards and a score pad.About Cranium In 1998, Cranium quickly became the fastest selling independent board game in history. Monopoly Tropical Tycoon Game Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My husband and I loved this game!! Besides the love of the tropical theme, it has different features that the original is missing. The biggest change is that it now uses a DVD instead of chance/community chest cards. All the properties are names of beaches, railroads are beach transportations, and utilites are solar power and wind power. The new tokens are the parrot, beach hat, scooter, cannon, flip flop, and sail boat. But enough about the pieces, lets talk game play.
The first thing you do is roll and the DVD will tell you which "job" you have (mayor, artist, surfer, developer, police chief)- each has their own bonus. Then you roll like you would normally- but if you look at one of the dies there is a TV picture on it. That means you choose the News Update on the DVD and stuff happen. There was a lot of decisions that the DVD asked of you that can effect the current player or somebody else. The game is much quicker due to some new rules (ie landing on Free Parking you can pick any unowned property and purchase it) and you can choose to develop tourist attractions(casino, pier, etc) instead of beach houses/resorts. These tourist properties can bring in some bucks too!
The bad news: The first kinda downer is that it is 3-5 players (which is hard on a couple like to play games together). Pieces looked a little cheap (plastic houses/hotels/piers etc and cardboard fortune pieces) hopefully they will last. Money tray still doesnt hold all the money options- not a big deal, just annoying. Some of the news update stuff is a little silly, but cute.
I felt like this was a fresh breath of air to a game that can feel pretty tedious after awhile. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys monopoly!

The Hasbro Monopoly Tropical Tycoon DVD Game puts a new and exotic spin on the classic game of Monopoly. It is just as fun and competitive as the original, but it adds a feature DVD and special new features for an even more exciting gaming experience. Recommended for ages 8 and up, and designed for 3 to 5 players, this game will have you rushing for pieces of real estate in a tropical paradise.Monopoly With a Tropical TwistMonopoly Tropical Tycoon is played with classic Monopoly rules: each player must invest in property, develop housing, and compete with the other players for control of the map. This time around, however, everything's been renovated with a vibrant tropical theme. The utilities, for example, are now solar and water power. The properties are beaches, forests, casinos, piers and the like. The tokens have also changed, and now include a parrot, sail boat, parrot and other tropical items. However, the changes aren't just cosmetic -- there have been some serious gameplay changes as well! The DVD adds a storyline and narrative to your game, immersing you completely in the tropical vibe. Community and chance cards are now given over the DVD, too. Each player is now given special abilities as well, depending on which "job" they have chosen at the beginning of the game. All these extra features makes the game even more fun and engaging than the original Monopoly.

Mattel 1 Vs. 100 DVD Board Game Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)In this age, DVD game shows are being rapidly released with quantity in mind and little concern to quality. So at first seeing this game, I was a bit worried it would be another travesty like the growing list of the poorly designed and executed Imagination DVD "games". However, I was very pleasantly surprised at first play.
The folks at Mattel did a wonderful job! This is most likely the first DVD game in the US that is not only faithful to the game, but is fun, and for the first time, it's a DVD game with actual interactivity! Something that is not often seen in DVD "games" these days. Plus it's also one of the first DVD games I've seen with a rock solid one player option.
The questions in this game have never repeated in repeated plays. Also, the game is also so well designed, that it played on every DVD player I tried it on with no errors or flaws. This is another terrific plus.
Pick this up! It's quite possibly the best American DVD game to date!

The 1 Vs. 100 DVD Board Game by Mattel is based on the hit NBC TV show. Ideal for ages 13 and up, this interactive game allows players to compete against the Mob as they answer trivia questions that range from easy to difficult. How it's Played In this DVD game, host Bob Saget asks players multiple-choice trivia questions, as they compete against 100 Mob members. The object of the game is to eliminate the entire Mob and win up to $1,000,000 in pretend money. The host asks the player and the Mob the same multiple-choice trivia question. If the player gets it right, they win money for each Mob member that answered incorrectly, plus eliminates those Mob members from the game. If the player gets the question wrong, the Mob splits the winnings and the game is over. At certain points, the player will have opportunities to stop the game and leave with their winnings or risk all of their winnings and play for more money. This game is fun for the whole family and provides hours of intense entertainment for one to seven players. The Money or the MobTaking on the mob is no easy task. Interactive mob members challenge contestants, taunt them, and give advice that may or may not be correct. For family fun, players can also compete against a home mob made up of other players or choose to be in the home mob. Just like on the popular TV show, the money increases the more questions that are answered correctly, but so does the pressure! To stay in the game, the player must answer every trivia question right. But the most important question is, does the contestant want the money or the Mob? What's in the Box DVD game and player cards.

Blue Orange Froggy Boogie Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This game is very cute. It takes no time at all to set up and learn the rules. The game is very durable and even the box is well constructed. We played with a three year old and two five year olds. All three of them caught onto the rules quickly and it didn't take long to complete a game. They giggled like crazy every time they were able to move their frogs. It's also a game that isn't mind-numbingly boring for an adult to play. I purchased a set for my daughter and then got another set for my niece and nephew. It's one of the better games I've purchased for my kids.

It's naptime at the pond but the baby frogs still want to play. Baby frogs try to be the first to hop around the pond without being seen by the adult frogs. Players guess or remember which adult frog popping eyes will freeze the baby frogs in their race. This fun memory game is a delight for the entire family. Measures 9" x 9" x 2".
