(More customer reviews)I am a preschool teacher and we have recently incorporated(fMeet the Sight Words Box Set (Meet the Sight Words 1, Meet the Sight Words 2, Meet the Sight Words 3) into the curriculum, this game is a wonderful way to reinforce the learning they are getting from the DVDs. Of course, there are more words in the bingo game than there are on the DVD's from Preschool Prep, however, the kids who have retained 40-50 sight words are quick to find the words. I am presently working with 3 year olds and it is amazing to see them blossom into these wonderful readers who are, all of a sudden, finding words all around them. I had one child approach me the other day and tell me that balloon had the words all and on in it! The game pieces that come with the game are just little red paperboard squares, so we use counting bears instead, and I laminated the callers cards for durability. I should get many years of use out of it. I highly reccomend this product.

(More customer reviews)My 4 1/2 year old daughter just opened this for Christmas. It is a first rate toy! It looks easy, but it is more challenging than it first seems. Some of the most difficult puzzles even took me a little while (and I'm an engineer). My daughter worked through the first 20 puzzles before deciding to move on to another Christmas toy. She was very proud of herself when she solved each puzzle. It is well-built and doesn't have too many pieces (which is nice for clean up). It is awesome for teaching logical problem-solving skills. This toy makes a great gift.

Boggle Junior Letters Review

(More customer reviews)This game was recommended by my daughter's preschool teachers as a supplementary activity to help develop reading skills. I can appreciate its value in helping kids learn their letters, developing sight-reading skills, and even letter-sound correspondence. However, my 4-year-old daughter didn't find having to turn over the blocks repeatedly to find the letters a lot of fun. And a word of warning: some words can NOT be formed, because occasionally two letters needed to form a word are on the same block! I wish Hasbro would do something about this...
