(More customer reviews)The board itself looked clean, but a little dingy and had a couple annoying black specks. It doesn't look *brand* new but more like the 20yr old set I presume it is. Although half the tokens were silver and half were goldish and a bunch of extra plastic houses (presumably from a regular monopoly set) were thrown in, all the pieces in the Deluxe Edition were accounted for (32 total wooden houses and hotels) and the money, cards and info booklet were in excellent condition -- no rips or folds or tears. Overall, a charming deal in good condition.
