(More customer reviews)So right away, Connect 4 is a great game and Spongebob Squarepants is a great character. The combination in this case works beautifully. They even have a new twist to the game. You can place blockers to stop your opponent from placing their pieces in certain rows. This really does add a new dimension to the game. This game is also helping teach my 6-year-old daughter about strategy in a way that no other game has managed to do. She's thinking ahead about where to place her chips and simultaneously playing offense and defense without even realizing it. It's the beginning of a multi-tasking brain! This is one of the few games I actually enjoy playing! This and rummy tiles. So yeah, my standards are high.

Will you get four in a row or will you say Tartar Sauce!? Drop your checkers into the yellow and porous grid and try to make a line upwards, sideways, or diagonal. Block your opponent with checkers or use your SpongeBob Blocker to block many holes at once! But look out, if your opponent's checkers stack to the top of the grid, they can take away your SpongeBob Blocker.
