(More customer reviews)The world does not need another trivia game, where a well-timed "guess" can win over legitimate knowledge of a subject.
That, in a nutshell, is about all you need to know about Fact or Crap.
What's worse is: some of the questions are poorly worded, and will no doubt result in an argument that will only be solved by (in the best case) somebody whipping out their web-enabled cell phone and Googling the subject or (in the worst case) somebody leaving the game upset.
Case in point: A question said (paraphrased) "Nails grow throught one's life", and the answer was "crap", with no explanation given. This resulted in a bit of an argument, and we still don't know what the truth is. The card wound up being removed from the game.
Every time you play this game, you will have one of these questions.
This game is tedious, and cheaply made to boot. The "tokens" are simply cardboard punchouts. The cards are not quality laminated cardstock like you'd get in a game like Trivial Pursuit. There are plenty of better trivia games, sold at a lower price, with better construction.
On the plus side: it is easy to find a used copy...
