This game came out in the mid 90s. I got it on a website that sells out-of-print games. The game has a box of questions and a board to insert the pictures in. The categories are the same as the revised Genus editions. Wild Card is the orange category. The visual element adds a new twist to the game, but not all of the cards have pictures. Some have typed clues instead. You play the game in two teams. Correct answers in the different categories opens two doors showing part of the picture or a typed clue. You're allowed one guess once doors on the board are opened. Wrong answers result in the other team getting control. Each picture card has one clue to help you out - who, what or where. Solving the puzzle earns a chip. The puzzles are NOT related to the questions asked in any way. The first team to earn six chips wins the game.
A couple of things different from the regular TP game. This game comes with a 30 second timer, and if your team answers wrong, the other team can try to answer or choose a new question. Also, in this game the Science and Nature category is brown. At least they don't have purple in this game. I don't know whose idea it was to replace brown with purple, but I don't like it. It looks too much like pink. Anyway, if you're looking for a different way to play Trivial Pursuit, get this game. It's out of print, but amazon.com has it.
