Boggle Jr. Game Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I have a 4 and 6-year-old, both of whom would rather play with playmobile and legos any day over reading a book or doing anything "educational" so following the directions on here wasn't good for us because my 6-year-old son is very competitive and has difficulty being happy just to learn for the sake of learning. SO... After a discussion about being good at Spelling-B contests, he got into it! It's pretty much a one-child-to-one-adult kind of game. My 6-year-old now looks at the cards and calls out name of the picture, spells the word, and then calls out the name again. Then we have a "contest" (NOT a quiz) of him against himself... How many cards can he get right. My 4-year-old is getting into it, as he verifies the word by flipping the flap that exposes the word and naming each letter to see if my 6-year-old got it right. Now... if only I can find more cards! That's what I'm online to do now. It has been a GREAT visual teaching aid. Enjoy...
