These type of puzzles are almost impossible to find. Somewhat based on the Freer tile puzzles; adding a piece to an already filled area. This is a great object lesson for an instructor demonstrating that our lives are quite full, but there are ways to find time to add things (like family) if we work on it.
Nicely made of several different types of wood. I prefer to paint or stain the base as the unfinished wood is unprotected from the elements. Comes in a box without instructions, and it appears that this item has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Once you figure it out, it is simple to recreate for teaching.
