It appears to work best with 5 players, 1 to be the aliens and four to be the humans. Human characters are hard to kill but aliens swarm so I feel its a good balanced game. Game can be played with 6 people (2 being aliens) but I think it would be best with 5 because it would be pointless having two aliens (you merely split everything in half).
Game play is based around humans getting items and killing aliens (1 hit to kill except two alien champions). Aliens swarm humans and use cards and their space ships to corner humans for the kill (very hard to kill humans if they are not corned and aliens only move 1 space a turn so takes good strategy to corner them . . . or luck).
Miniatures are cool looking but need to be painted. If you're good at that they will look awesome. Fun game, humans all cooperate together and aliens have fun trying to destroy them.
