(More customer reviews)This game is very easy to learn, and matches finish quickly. The basic concept is that each player begins the game with 5 cards. Each card has a dice pattern which must be matched in a set time by rolling five dice. If a player matches the card, he/she is allowed to discard it, and sometimes gets a bonus. If not, the the card is kept, and sometimes a penalty is given. The first player out of cards wins. It is extremely adaptable to several age levels- dice are color coded, so that young children need not recognize the pip patterns to play; there are two levels of playing cards which can be used, and adults can choose to begin the game with more cards in their hands to even the odds. The "Big Die" gives each player instructions, so no arguments ensue. If players are easily reaching the targets, the timer speeds up. If no one is hitting the goals, the timer slows down. We were able to complete two games in 20 minutes, with no arguments between the adults, the 9 year old, and the teenager - amazing! Mom's favorite feature - all the parts store EASILY in a base compartment, and the game fits EASILY back into the box - what a relief.

Ready to roll' Here's a fast-rolling, card-turning twist to the classic game of Yahtzee. Turn a card, and quickly roll, roll, roll until your dice match the pattern on the card. The die detects your speed and adjusts to it, and the electronic voice times you - so you better roll fast! Requires 3 "AAA" batteries, included. For 2-4 players.
