Warhammer 40k is a table top war game that involves creating a unique army by assembling and painting miniatures while using a codex to develop an army list with point values and rules. You then battle your army against a friends using the 40k ruleset which is broken into three phases; movement, shooting, and assault. Games Workshop has developed a very rich background that you can use to theme your army. There are 12 main armies to choose from with endless customizability in each one. I suggest you check out the website to learn more, but I have really enjoyed my experience in the hobby and would recommend it to anyone looking to try out something new.
