(More customer reviews)This balance board is sturdy and nicely constructed, but there is little room to shift the feet around. The pivot point on the bottom is a half-round piece of wood (half ball), so if you have hardwood or linoleum floors to protect, make sure this toy is used on carpet or out of doors.
Other than that, it's a load of fun, but for serious balance practice I would recommend the Indo-Board which is sold at surf shops, skate shops, and on the web everywhere. For a similar price one has much more flexibility in usage. The Indo-Board won't mar your floors, either.
