(More customer reviews)This board is for those of you who know what you're doing. There are no instructions, the writing is too small for beginners, and the whole thing is so small, that it really takes some fumbling around with to get it just right when you get into tight situations.
So why get this board? Because it's just what it says it is, A shogi board that fit's in your pocket! It's playable , Magnetic, and rather durable if you treat it extra special, (like not sitting on it, Smashing it, dropping it etc.) The pieces all come stuck together on one big magnetic sheet with punchout's on it. It takes some time and a little skill to get it separated correctly, (i was afraid i would bend and break the pieces before i got them out!) but everything worked out fine, I bring this board with me everywhere, and i don't have to worry about it too much. It doesn't take up alot of room, It wont make me sad if it breaks, and it costs even less than most other travel shogi.
Bottom line, Not for beginners, But recommended for those who can't get enough shogi.
