(More customer reviews)I should have called and enquired about this product. Basically I was looking for something that has upper case, lower case letters and numbers together. Going by the no of pieces I thought it includes all of them. The description is not clear and I am disappointed as I was specifically looking for lower case letters. However I think this is a good one in terms of education, storage (everything gets stored in that little box) and is sturdy enough.
