Blurt Review

This game is really fun to play with a big group of people. The only drawback is that there are no refill cards to buy for this game. The cards are printed on both sides so there are quite a few to play with. However, my family and I loved it so much we went through all of the cards in one night. It is a really fun game. I only wish they would have made more cards to play.

Stop 'n Go Review

I purchased this game for my kids who love playing it. The game play is simple and is based on colors so just about anyone can play it. I actually took it on my golf trip with the guys and had some competitions with it. The guys loved the simplicity and especially the fact that they could all learn it and it gave us a break from the usually card games we play. I learned quickly that the game play can be just as much fun for adults as it is for kids. Plus the game actually fits in my golf bag! What a great thing to have on all trips. I have already bought another one so we can expand our play.
Great price point as well for hours of fun!

MindWare Q-bitz Review

MindWare Q-bitz

My family loves this game. The best part is that my older son and husband play it like the game instructs and compete to finish first. My younger son, however, does not like to compete. He and I just solve the picture puzzles and move on to the next. It's a great visual exercise either way!

Moods Board Game Review

Moods Board Game

I bought this game not too long ago. It's really simple to learn and just as simple to play. So, if you're looking for a game that's not too complicated, this is one for you.
You are given a phrase like "I love my rubber ducky" and have to say it in a certain mood. For example: Bossy. The game can get quite funny sometimes. The other players have to choose which of the moods you are acting out.
A little bit of strategy is also a part of the game. Each player is given 4 chips with the numbers 1-4 on them. Depending on how confident you are in guessing the mood, you wager accordingly. If you use your #4 chip on the play and guess correctly, you move 4 spaces. But if you're wrong, you have wasted a 4 chip for that round and won't be able to use it again until you have used your other chips.
The only drawback is that the game almost has to be played at a table. You can't play it with people scattered across the room. Because to vote on which mood you think the person is portraying, everyone has to slap a small chip quickly down on the table at the same time (This way no one can change their vote based on the popular consensus). This is impossible to do unless you're all sitting around the board. I think the game makers could have come up with a better way for players to vote.
Overall, though, it's a great game for teens and adults. I reccommend it.

MOODS adult PARTY game. Made by Hasbro in 2000 and now OUT OF PRINT!"There's nothing sexier than a lawn mower!"This phrase sounds pretty comical when you read it out loud - but the real fun begins when you have to read it in one of the many moods on the game board. Can you say it and sound Sneaky? Dazed? Surprised? Romantic? It's not WHAT you say - it's HOW you say it! So, the more convincing you are, the further ahead you move. It's totally hilarious fun for everyone with 120 clever and amusing phrases and 60 different moods! Play over and over because no two games are ever the same!
