We have over a dozen Think Fun games. So why do I keep buying more? Are they really that different? Are they really that fun? Well, yes, actually. The games are tossed in a basket and my kids play at least one of them almost every day, particularly my youngest child. They are portable and I always have a couple tossed into a wait bag if we have Drs. appointments or something. And they are kid magnets, whenever my kids pull one out to play, kids crowd around to see what is going on. They are visually appealing thinking games. This game has shiny gold pieces that my son loved (the picture above is washed out).
Anyway, this game is similar to rush hour, in that you are trying to move gold off of the grid. There can be more than one gold piece on the grid, and there are beige arrows that can only move in one direction, and green pyramids that don't move at all. The big difference is that your hero must push the pieces himself, so he has to be careful not to push pieces into spaces where they get blocked in by walls or pyramids.
Quite fun, and a great addition to a ThinkFun collection.
