(More customer reviews)I have had this game since I was about as tall as the box itself, still the most fun of all the games in my closet. It is a pretty obscure game (many people have no idea what it is when I mention it) but simple to play! The idea is much like "Jenga" meets "Don't Break the Ice" and put into an arch shape...
Set up the arch using the frames, pull out the frames VERY carefully, then roll the numbered die to determine the order of turns. Players roll the color and numbered die to determine which colored box and how many pieces they must place in that box. Pieces can be any shape or color, be stacked in every way possible. "Archrival" die rolls mean someone else chooses either a color or a box for the current player to place pieces into. If you run out of pieces before the arch falls, roll the colored die and remove all pieces from the box matching the color rolled ("Archrival" rolls are the same idea), play until all pieces are removed (to be put back in) or until arch falls. My friend and I have made it to 10 rounds before collapsing the arch. any one who pushes, bumps, or shakes the table (whether their turn or not) and causes the arch to fall will be considered the loser by default.
My only regret: that there are only 50 pieces to play with. I'm hoping Hasbro (Parker Brothers was bought by Hasbro) will be able to dig some out of a back room somewhere. Played it again last night with some college friends, we had a blast! Definitely suggest this for kids and adults!
