(More customer reviews)The main differences between madgab and its card game variant (Pictogabs) is that instead of just words, you have pictures thrown in. For example: [picture of a boat with oars] Middle He. The picture represents the word "Row".
Row Middle He = Rome, Italy.
There are 2 on each card face and it is front/back. Answers are on the opposite side of the card. There are 4 puzzles on a single card. The deck is disappointingly small. A game is supposed to end when 5 puzzles have been guessed correctly which is quite a small amount, especially since groups in general will want to go through them (its not that hard). As the owner of the game, I can only play this game so many times before I know them all.
Replayability is an issue here, and with the small amount of cards included, I would recommend staying away from this purchase if you do not like the idea of dwindling replayability in a game.
You would get your money's worth from Monopoly Deal which is a much better portable game.
