Rotating turns, with 4 players is the best.
We played this game often with couples who came over, and seemed like after 1 playing, anyone could be competitive...
A very interesting game, you play your towers either to spread around the world, or to focus on a single city. You can play your pieces on top of someone else's pieces (within parameters) in order to "claim" a tall tower as your own-- the color on top decides who gets the credit.
A card system dictates where you can place your towers in each city's grid.
I don't know why this hasn't been "more famous" in the US.... A very nice game.
