(More customer reviews)I got inspired to get back into chess and started looking for a quality set. This one stood out as the best one in my price range. It came in two packages, one for the pieces and another for the board/storage. Everything was well protected in shipping and arrived in excellent condition. The board is beautiful, actually it's such good carpentry that it's hard to believe it's real wood. The pieces have a nice handmade quality to them and are a very good weight. I didn't need any service so no feedback on that front. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
