It's great practice for him to have to add up numbers different ways to see which numbers he wants to pull down. I'm not sure the price matches the quality of the game though. The picture was misleading in that it is not a hinged box with the top coming down. It is a drawer box where you pull off the top to access the game. I am very disappointed in how much I paid for the game.
