(More customer reviews)I bought the cards to encourage a two you old to speak. She understands everything you say and responds accordingly, but she was being a little lazy about speaking herself. She loves the cards and brings them to her twin brothers(they're seven)or myself several times a day to review. She gets excited every time we respond with great praise when she says a word. I've used my paint shop pro program to add a few cards with familiar family faces and names to her pile. After a few short weeks with these cards she's exceeded all expectations with her speech. She jabbers constantly now and her vocabulary continues to grow daily. I think she'll be reading before she's four.
