I was uncertain as to how "fun" this would be when I first took it out of the box, but once I started to play, it was quite fun. I have a two-year-old son who likes to call out the numbers and as he gets older, it will assist him in counting as well. It's a simple game that can be played by a group of people or just by one. I like the fact that you can keep it out and anyone passing by can give it a go. It's a quick game for some immediate gratification. Once you play it a while, you can try new strategies to "Shut the Box." The construction of the box is stellar and it looks like a "real" seaworthy item! This Pirate Wench gives it a hearty Arr! and two thumbs up!
