(More customer reviews)This game is definitely not worth $197.00. There were nick marks on the actual board and on the letter holders. I've found in the past that it is more of a headache to return an item so I decided to keep the game. I put scratch cover on the nick marks and it now looks OK but that is something that should not have to be done to a $197.00 boardgame. I will not buy an item like this again online because I can't actually touch & feel it before purchasing. I should have known what it would be like because when I received the product the box was shoddily wrapped in masking tape and it looked like it had already been through the "wringer". On the positive side it is definitely nicer than the plastic $50.00 scrabble board games.
