I then taught it to a bunch of my college buddies (realize this is many many moons ago) and it has become a favorite of theirs. I warn you...fun and addictive are the two words that really describe this game! You'll play over and over again!

The game is played with two Nertz decks by opposing teams of one or two people. The object of Nertz is to score 100 points as quickly as possible in as few hands as necessary. While playing cards from their own deck to a team play area, each team is continually trying to move their cards to a common scoring area FIRST. Play is furious and collisions frequently happen in the common scoring area. Each team is frantically trying to be the first to end the hand with a loud and proud NERTZ! by eliminating the 13 cards in their Nertz pile.We promise you will have a great time with friends and family, but we guarantee Nertz will drive you NUTS!
