Both of his grandparents have passed away and his dad has been cleaning out the house and throwing things away. I was fortunate enough to save the tin board, but the marbles had long disappeared. So, I needed some marbles to replace them. And since it meant so much to him, this will be the perfect Christmas present that he'll be able to save and pass down as the years go by.
The marbles were even better than what I expected. I had to order three bags of them to replace the entire set, however. But they were cheap, so it didn't break my wallet. The color of the marbles is great, too!
