(More customer reviews)I bought this for Christmas for my 5 year old daughter. I really wish I had put it together prior to Christmas morning as it took all of my patience and about an hour to put together. With all of that said, she loved it and still plays with it regularly. I do wish there was a volume control button. I have read all of the reviews about trying to get customer service, their website says it's under construction. My daughter lost the gem that turns on the music, without this, it does not work, and we looked high and low to find it. So it took me about an hour online trying to find a customer service number for this company as I did not still have the manual and there is no phone number on the product. I did find the headquarters number which game me the customer service number. I got in touch with someone and they stated they will be sending out a replacement part free of charge. The reason I bought this item is because I got it on a great sale on Black Friday. I would not have spent [...] on it and do not think it is worth that however.
