Trio Domino Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)This relatively inexpensive wooden trio domino set is a major improvement over the plastic set that you can buy at most toy stores. The plastic tiles are flimsy and difficult to shuffle without turning them over. The wooden tiles in this set are solid and easy to shuffle. The only complaint (and it's a minor one) is that the numebers are recorded on each point as a series of dots (like regular dominoes) instead of a cardinal number (which the plastic set uses). Since we got used to playing with the cardinal numbers, I prefer those. However, the fact that the dots are done a different color for each number mitigates this issue somewhat. Trio-minoes is a great table game for 2 to 4 people and this set is a great value for any table gamers...

For those who think regular dominoes are just too square - comes Triominoes, the cool cousin of the classic game for two - six players. Fun and challenging for the whole family. Extra bang for your buck as triominoes adds 50% more fun to the competition because of the extra face of the titillating triangular tiles. The play involves luck of the draw and skill in selection and placement as players compete to complete hexagons or bridges. To place a tile, two of the three numbers must align with the adjacent tile. Take it from us, it is hip to be triangular! Finely crafted wood box containing 56 hand made and hand painted tiles.
