As the product descriptions says, this is an add-on pack that supplies some extra airplanes for other games in the "Wings of War" series, but I can't see using it with "Dawn of World War II" as it suggests, since these are planes from World War I. "Famous Aces", "Watch Your Back" or "Burning Drachens" would make more sense.
What you get is a handful of extra planes and three maneuver decks to fly them with. No damage decks, and no instructions. Adding this to one of the other games adds a bit more flexibility, but there is nothing really game changing in it. My son likes the one Fokker with three guns mounted that does an absurd amount of damage.
The packaging is a bit clumsy. There is an altitude chart (useful of you are using the optional altitude rules from "Burning Drachens") printed on the cardboard behind the cards. If you use a knife to cut the plastic blister instead of the cardboard, you can extract this whole, but most any other way of opening the package will mutilate it.
