The vinyl board is durable and the included plastic tube ensures an easy time rolling it up quickly and efficiently after a match. With a pockets for chess pieces, included, and a chess clock, not included, storage of all your stuff is easy. There's also a space for a notebook and two pens/pencils. All-in-all, it's a smart design.
The pieces themselves are large and feel good in your hand. Each piece has green felt on the bottom so they don't slide around once placed.
