(More customer reviews)Don't get this Quad Cube thinking it will be the same size/quality as a Rubik's 2x2 cube. It's much smaller and feels quite a bit flimsier. Each cubelet is just 1cm wide, and the entire puzzle is just over 10cm (4in) long when streched out as seen in the package.
But for the price, it's really not too bad. Fully functional and entirely solvable, it's a nice addition to a Rubik's collection. It's rare to high-quality Rubik's Cube variants, and since they're usually hand-made they can be very expensive. This (2x2)x4 cube is just the opposite: affordable and readily available, but fragile.
Also, because of the size and build quality, I would recommend that parents of small children look elsewhere for more durable, larger puzzles.
