I've played Empire Builder (The old version)

I've Played Russian Rails
Forget the rest of the series, Lunar rails is the hot ticket. I've owned this game since six months after it came out. It is the best of the lot.
First off, there are more cities and more high-tech loads. No oats, no pigs, no BS.
The crayons are still sketchy. The brown and yellow crayons are notably awful. The stickers on the chips take time to add on and lose their tackiness, but no complaints. The original set was eight years old.
I wore out the first set (to the point that the top layer was worn down to the cardboard in several places) after playing a couple of hundred times. It seems like it would be flimsy, but these sets are durable. So, I bought a new set.
The new money is superior to the old money set.
I recommend this to anybody who likes Empire Builder or just fun games. The learning curve isn't in the rules. The rules are quite basic. Its learning where each city is and what each city has available. Any person over the age of 14 should be able to play the game the first time, with some help. After about five games, you will be competitive with the pros.
People who play video games and don't like board games play this game with me. The best feature is the wrap letters to complete the roundness of the moon.
The rules are a little foggy in places, but not too bad.
