(More customer reviews)When I ordered Othello I decided between this one and the plastic mass-market version. This one seemed smaller, but I read in the reviews about the plastic set that the board wore badly and sometimes broke.
This version sounded small, and I had reservations. But I ordered it. And it is small! But kind of pleasantly so. It's not good if you don't have good dexterity because the pieces are very close together, but the entire set is well made and makes for a nice experience.
My only caveat: I wish it came with a few extra pieces - it has exactly the right number, but if you lose one then you'll have to have a replacement.
