We enjoy playing this game and it is not too difficult for my child who is 4 years old. She really likes the cute little snails. Their shells come off them also, for the game. The game seems well made, being wood pieces and a wood board. It is a nice change from the usual plastic or cardboard games out there. I would purchase this again.

This is a skill-building game that will help your child develop mathematics and a sense of logic. Speedy Eddy contains Playing Board, 4 snails with removable shells, 4 Belt chips, 2 Dice and Illustrated Rules. Players throw the dice to move the snail around the game board. The snail's fate will depend on the number you get once you throw the dice and the drawing appearing on each square you end up on. Keep moving forward and backwards to face different obstacles: give up your turn, take a break, play twice in a row or lose your shell and try to get it back later with a little bit of thinking. You can still cross the winning line even if you lost your shell on the way. 2 to 4 Players. Ages 5 to 12.
