Rattled Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)A lot of fun in a simple concept. A friend and I have "game night" once a week and we play only word games (Scrabble, Boggle, Word Rummy, etc.). I consider us both slightly above average when it comes to word games, and for all its simplicity, Rattled is one of our favorites. We set a 3 minute timer and half-way through, we spin the game (the letters are the same but in reverse order and you see them differently when the order is different). Usually by the end of 3 minutes we have both found all of the words we can find. It's fascinating to find out that when you were sure you had found every word there was - there were more! We've played this for months and still find it mind boggling that we each find words the other doesn't see in the same bunch of letters. We've used it at "Game Night" at church and had 4 people making word lists at the same time, and comparing those lists are even more astounding. This game is used in our school district in the elementary grades also, which is actually where we heard about it.I like the ideas noted in the other review - anything that puts a different spin on the game makes it even more interesting.

Shake...Rattle...Know!Rattled is the fast-paced, self-contained word search game that will have you shakin' and makin' words! Grab the handle, shake it up, then put it down. Both players (or both teams) try to make the longest word possible from the 8 scrambled letters. The player who thinks they've found the longest word shouts it out and starts the timer. The second player has 30 seconds to find a longer word. Don't get rattled-there are thousands of possible word combinations! With built-in Score Slider and no loose parts, Rattled is completely self-contained and classroom durable. Includes30-second timer that conveniently stores in the handle. For 2-4 players.
